| WELCOME |
 Welcome to the EBYBA Website. Our site provides important information to those who are participating in our youth basketball program. Children can sign-up for the program starting in second grade and stay in the program until he or she is in eight grade. On our site, we have schedules, rosters, registration information, and updates for parents and players in the league.
This winter (2009-2010) the EBYBA is serving 348 children in our town program and 112 in our travel program. This accounts for over 11,000 hours of youth activity for the 2nd - 8th graders enrolled in the association.
This is all made possible through the generosity of our sponsors, the benevolence of our adult volunteers (over 70 who coach, mentor, referee, and administrate), the teamwork of our partners at the Central, Middle, and High Schools, and most importantly the active participation of the children and their parents.

| MISSION STATEMENT |
The East Bridgewater Youth Basketball Association has numerous goals. The paramount objective is for children to have fun while playing and learning the game of basketball. Furthermore, the EBYBA intends to nurture values such as personal development through goal setting in a group environment as well as an understanding of good sportsmanship, fair play, and teamwork. Coaches, officials, board members and volunteers have this philosophy as their prime intention and all policies, decisions and actions are based on that goal. Our mission is to provide an encouraging, safe environment for players to enjoy learning and participating in the game of basketball and to teach through positive reinforcement.
